Chocolate Peanut Butter Weight Gain Shake

Not everybody needs to lose weight and for those that don't, it can be a real struggle to gain weight in a healthy way. This shake, coupled with plenty of activity and exercise will start your days off in a healthy way and help you pack on some real weight.

I gained 20 pounds in 8 weeks!

When coupled with an additional 2500 calories and plenty of exercise.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Serving Protein Shake Mix (Chocolate or Vanilla)
  • 3 Servings Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast Mix
  • 2 Bananas

Directions

Blend all ingredients to desired consistency. Drink up.

Substitutions

The instant breakfast or the protein drink can be substituted one for one as needed.
