- 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 Serving Protein Shake Mix (Chocolate or Vanilla)
- 3 Servings Chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast Mix
- 2 Bananas
Blend all ingredients to desired consistency. Drink up.
